A Review of the Research on Transnational Environmental Tort Law

The accelerated pace of globalization has brought about rapid economic development, while the number transnational environmental pollution problems is also increasing. On one hand, imbalance global economy intensified, and corporations have taken advantage low cost standards protection in developing countries to transfer polluting industries; other with awakening citizen’s awareness countries, more people realize that their own legal provisions are not enough compensate for losses, so they choose go overseas appeal home country courts.
